Our purpose at Raven is ‘Building Homes, Changing Lives’.
We’re on a mission to be amongst the country’s most trusted affordable housing landlords and to transform our homes so they are fit for the future. Having spent the last few years creating solid foundations to build on, our commitment for the next three years is Delivering What Matters to our customers.
How do we know what matters?
We have listened to what you told us. Over the last few months we have been collecting input and feedback from our stakeholders, including our local authority partners, customers and Raven colleagues, and the outcome of these consultations has been used to create our Raven business plan for the next three years. Our Delivering What Matters plan is simple.
We will understand what our customers need; we will be clear on how we are going to meet those needs; and we will deliver what matters in the way that suits our customers’ needs.
We will be a landlord our customers can trust, a landlord they can rely on.

We want every customer to feel that we understand what really matters to them, so that we can deliver the services they need, in the way they need them.
We will improve the quality of data we hold, so we understand who is living behind each door of a Raven home. It’s only by knowing who our customers are, and more about the home they are living in, that we will be able to design and consistently deliver the services that meet their individual needs.
We will enable every staff member to deliver a consistent service and make improvements where needed.
We invest in everyday improvements and transformational regeneration to provide good quality homes, fit for the future in neighbourhoods that are safe, secure, and clean.

We will invest in our properties, making sure that the homes our customers live in are not only well maintained and fit for today, but homes that are sustainable and fit for the future. Where it’s not right to invest in repair, we will regenerate homes and, where possible, neighbourhoods. We will install energy saving, green technologies, making people’s homes warmer, helping to reduce their energy costs and helping to improve our planet.
We will put plans in place to make sure we play our part in keeping our neighbourhoods safe and clean.
We provide more affordable homes, and make sure the homes we have best match the needs of our customers.
